It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the nicph platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. nicph does not represent that the platform is legal or available in all jurisdictions. To register a nicph account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number or email address, and any other information required during the registration process. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one nicph account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses.
nicph is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before your account is fully activated or before your first withdrawal is processed. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nicph account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
4.2 You agree to notify nicph immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. nicph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
4.3 nicph employs 256-bit SSL encryption on all login sessions and account transactions. However, nicph cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted over the internet and accepts no liability for breaches resulting from factors outside its reasonable control.
4.4 nicph reserves the right to suspend or lock any account where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation. You will be notified via your registered email or mobile number in such circumstances.
nicph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. nicph does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via credit card or any form of cryptocurrency.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum deposit limits for specific payment methods are displayed at the point of transaction within your nicph account.
GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed within 60 seconds under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one Philippine business day. nicph reserves the right to extend processing times where additional verification is required or where technical issues affect payment processing partners.
Withdrawals are subject to the completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. nicph reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
All transactions on the nicph platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). nicph does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the player through their payment provider are the sole responsibility of the player.
6.1 All games available on the nicph platform are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

7.1 nicph may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates.
7.2 Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms.
7.3 nicph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a bonus is withdrawn before a player has met the wagering requirement, any remaining bonus balance will be removed from the player's account without compensation.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nicph platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
9.1 All content on the nicph platform — including but not limited to the nicph brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, and design elements — is the exclusive property of nicph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the nicph platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any nicph content.
9.3 Any unauthorised use of nicph intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, nicph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the nicph platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
12.2 nicph's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 nicph does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude nicph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
13.1 nicph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where nicph reasonably believes that:
13.2 Upon termination of an account for reasons other than breach or fraud, any verified real-money balance remaining in the player's wallet will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
13.3 You may close your nicph account at any time by contacting nicph support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) Philippine business days.
14.1 nicph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.
14.2 Your continued use of the nicph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 13.3.
15.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
15.2 Any dispute arising from your use of the nicph platform shall first be submitted to nicph's internal dispute resolution process by contacting nicph support. nicph will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fifteen (15) Philippine business days of receipt.
15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through nicph's internal process, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with applicable PAGCOR regulations.
15.4 If a dispute remains unresolved following the above processes, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
